Compared to traditional talcum powder,Transparent Powder A has merits such as excellent transparency,high hardness,good suppleness,good filling,low oil absorption,and nice appearance upon openning the cover.

2. Product features:
High transparency:
Its index of refraction is very close to compound that we usually use.In the paint film,the light that scatters will be less so that will not affect the transparenscy of the finished goods.
High hardness:
To improve the second process of comprehensive performance of coating.
Stability:
Inertness,have good weather resistant and good polishing performance.
Low oil absorption:
Lower the paint cost,give good oily gloss and fullness.
3. Product usage:
a) Use for PE PU UV NC transparent paint and print.
b) Fine chemical and plastic,rubber.etc.
4. Usage:
1) For saving coat,use transparent powder and talcum powder mixed,transparent powder and talcum powder according to general 3-1,5:1 proportion.The total must not exceed 40%.In the proportion of feeding,try to stir show into the powder,it can improve the polishing of the paint film and anti-precipitation after thinning.
2) As for PU,it isn’t,suggested to adding drier or amine,suggested to test the compatibility before use.
3) The product has a stronger hygroscopicity,in the primer,finish should be coated quickly after polishing the undercoat to avoid moisture absorption.Meanwhile,it is advised to avoid water polishing.
